He's Listening

Earlier this morning I blogged a wonderful story about my plans for the evening and how excited I was.  The blog was quite long and I tried to really portray my words in a way that the reader would feel what I was saying.  The experience of just writing it was wonderful, so I thanked God for giving me the opportunity to put my daydream into words, and told Him that even if my plans for the evening didn't go as expected, at least He had given me the opportunity to daydream about them.  Seconds later I hit the "Publish Post" button and my screen went blank.  I guess publishing the post was less important than the opportunity to actually write it.  I smiled for the next hour, and reminded myself that God is there, and He's listening.
